Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Affiliate Terms") govern participation in the SRV-CORE Affiliate Program operated by SRV-CORE LLC ("SRV-CORE," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering at https://affiliate.srv-core.com or using an affiliate coupon code we issue to you, you ("Affiliate," "you") agree to these Affiliate Terms, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy as they apply to referred customers.

If you do not agree, do not participate in the program.

1. Program overview

SRV-CORE offers a referral program for streamers, content creators, and influencers ("Affiliates") who promote SRV-CORE hosting and related services.

2. Eligibility

To participate you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Complete the registration form at https://affiliate.srv-core.com accurately and truthfully
• Be approved by SRV-CORE (approval is not guaranteed)
• Maintain an active promotion channel (e.g., streaming, social media, website) suitable for our brand
• Comply with applicable law, including FTC endorsement guidelines and similar disclosure rules in your jurisdiction

We may reject or terminate any application or account at our discretion, including for brand risk, fraud, or policy violations.

3. Registration and approval

1. You submit a registration with your contact information, promotion channel URLs, payout details, and requested coupon code.
2. SRV-CORE reviews your application. Until approved, your coupon is not active.
3. Upon approval, we activate one coupon code per Affiliate. You may not operate multiple active codes without written permission.
4. We may suspend or revoke an Affiliate account and deactivate the associated coupon at any time for violation of these Affiliate Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Coupon rules

Affiliate coupon codes:

• Provide 20% off eligible items on the referred customer's first invoice only
• Apply only to new customers with no prior orders, active services, or registered domains in SRV-CORE WHMCS
• Cannot be combined with other promotion codes (only one code per order)
• Must not be used for self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent orders
• Remain subject to WHMCS checkout validation and product eligibility at the time of purchase

Setup fees, where billed separately on Business or Concierge monthly plans, are excluded from the commission base (see Section 6).

5. Affiliate disclosure (FTC and similar rules)

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to SRV-CORE whenever you promote our services or share your coupon code. Examples:

• "I earn a commission if you sign up with my code."
• "Paid partnership with SRV-CORE" or equivalent in your language and platform

Disclosure must appear before or at the same time as the offer, in a manner your audience can easily notice (not hidden in footnotes or vague terms). You are solely responsible for compliance with FTC, platform, and local advertising rules.

6. Commissions

6.1 Rate and base

Commission equals 20% of the net amount paid by the referred customer on the qualifying first invoice, after the customer discount is applied and excluding setup fees and other excluded line items defined at checkout.

Example: Starter hosting $9.99/month with 20% coupon → customer pays $7.99 → commission = $1.60.

Commission applies to the entire qualifying first invoice (e.g., hosting plus domain registration in the same order), except excluded fees.

For annual billing, commission is calculated on the full first annual payment (net), not on renewals.

6.2 One-time only

Commission is paid once per referred customer, on the first paid invoice only. You receive no commission on renewals, upgrades billed on later invoices, or additional services purchased after the initial qualifying order.

6.3 Holding period

Commissions enter a pending state when the sale is recorded. They become payable only after 30 days from the customer's first successful payment, aligned with our Refund Policy satisfaction guarantee window for hosting.

If the customer receives a refund, chargeback, or we determine the order was fraudulent or ineligible, the commission is cancelled and will not be paid.

6.4 No minimum payout

Eligible commissions for a calendar month are included in that month's payout cycle regardless of amount, subject to valid payout information and tax documentation (Section 8).

7. Payouts

1. SRV-CORE processes Affiliate payouts monthly for commissions that reached completed status in the prior period.
2. Payment is made to the bank details you provided at registration. You are responsible for keeping payout information accurate.
3. Payouts are made in USD unless we agree otherwise in writing.
4. You are responsible for any bank fees, FX costs, or taxes associated with receiving payment.
5. SRV-CORE records payouts in its accounting systems (including Invoice Ninja). Affiliates do not receive a separate CSV statement; accounting records in our finance system are authoritative.

If Mercury or bank transfer fails due to incorrect details you supplied, we may withhold payment until corrected.

8. Tax forms and compliance

Before your first payout, you must provide applicable tax documentation:

• U.S. persons: Form W-9
• Non-U.S. persons: Form W-8BEN (or other form we require)

We may withhold payment until forms are complete and valid. SRV-CORE may issue 1099 or other tax reporting as required by U.S. law.

9. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Use spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading claims about SRV-CORE services
• Bid on SRV-CORE trademarks in paid search without written permission
• Create fake accounts, self-refer, or incentivize signups solely to generate commissions
• Publish coupon codes on coupon-aggregator sites in a way that misrepresents the offer
• Make guarantees about uptime, pricing, or features beyond what SRV-CORE publishes officially
• Violate our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service

We may claw back commissions and terminate your account for prohibited conduct.

10. Intellectual property

SRV-CORE grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use approved logos and marketing materials we provide. You may not modify our trademarks or imply endorsement beyond the affiliate relationship.

All SRV-CORE trademarks and service marks remain our property.

11. Confidentiality

Non-public information about commission rates, internal tools, or unreleased products must not be disclosed without our consent.

12. Term and termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time. Upon termination:

• Your coupon code is deactivated
• Pending commissions may still mature if the underlying sale remains valid and within policy
• Completed unpaid commissions for eligible periods will be paid per the normal schedule unless termination was for fraud or material breach

13. Disclaimer

THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS." SRV-CORE MAKES NO GUARANTEE OF EARNINGS, TRAFFIC, OR CONVERSIONS. COMMISSION RATES AND PROGRAM RULES MAY CHANGE WITH NOTICE ON https://srv-core.com/legal/affiliate/ OR BY EMAIL TO ACTIVE AFFILIATES.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SRV-CORE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU UNDER THESE AFFILIATE TERMS IS LIMITED TO UNPAID COMMISSIONS EARNED AND VERIFIED IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the binding arbitration and class action waiver in our Terms of Service Section 19, except where prohibited by law.

16. Changes

We may update these Affiliate Terms by posting a revised version at https://srv-core.com/legal/affiliate/ and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
