Premium is self-serve hosting with weekly backups and standard ticket support. Business is a managed tier with daily backups, faster SLA, included migrations, staging, and human onboarding documentation. Choose Business when you want SRV-CORE as an operational partner, not just infrastructure.

Choose Concierge if you need ongoing website care every month (updates, minor content, fixes) without hiring a developer. It includes everything in Business plus 3 hours/month of Business Care and a named account manager. Design projects and new WooCommerce builds are still quoted separately.

You can subscribe monthly or annually on hosting and VPS plans. Billing is automatic with advance notice before renewal. Cancel anytime from the client area. Business and Concierge include a one-time setup fee on monthly billing ($149 / $199) — waived when you prepay annual hosting. VPS uses a written price lock period per plan.
